This week’s training sessions

Session 13 (suggested Tuesday)

  • 6-min brisk walk.
  • 3 * 4:00 jog/2:00 walk.
  • 6-min brisk walk.

Session 14 (suggested Thursday)

  • 6-min brisk walk.
  • 4 * 4:00 jog/2:00 walk.
  • 6-min brisk walk.

Session 15 (suggested Saturday)

  • Canicross, 1km.

Session 16 (suggested Sunday)

  • 21 min brisk walking/jogging.

Why strength training is important

A strong body is essential when doing canicross at any level to avoid pain or injuries. Our dogs are always pulling our core away from the position we would normally run in.
