Terms of Purchase

General 

These terms apply to any sale of goods to consumers from the online store www.non-stopdogwear.com 

The seller is:

We only accept orders from people over 18 years old.  

Read through our Terms of Purchase before making a purchase. When you place an order, you accept our Terms of Purchase and a binding agreement between you as a consumer and Non-stop dogwear AS. The terms may be amended; therefore, you should read through them each time you place an order with us.  

We follow current Norwegian laws and regulations for consumer purchase. These laws are among others regulated by the Act relating to consumer purchases, the Cancellation Act, the Marketing Control Act, the Personal Data Act, the E-commerce Act, Financial Contracts Act.  

Orders

Your order is binding once the order is placed in our online store. You still have the right to return your purchase in accordance with the Cancellation Act, see further information described in Cancellation, Returns, and warranty claims.   

When your order is registered in our online store, an order confirmation is automatically sent to the e-mail you have provided us. Please read carefully through the order confirmation when you receive it and control that details about the address, delivery information, and goods ordered is correct. If any of the information is wrong or you wish to change the order, you must contact us immediately on e-mail support@non-stopdogwear.com 

If you do not have an officially registered address on the address you provide us, the postal service may send us the package in return and not to the address you have provided us. Be aware that your official mail address usually is the address you are registered on in the National registry. If you have a temporary address, you can provide a person registered on that address in the C/O field on your order.  

If you wish to cancel your order, this can be done up until your order has been packed and shipped by us. Notice of cancellation must be sent to support@non-stopdogwear.com. As long as your order has not been packed and shipped, we can cancel your order. If your order already has been packed and shipped, and you regret your purchase, see more information about returns in part 6.  

In the case that any of the goods purchased should be sold out, we will deduct the price from the total order in your payment, the rest of the products will be packed and sent. If there are substantial goods in the order which are sold out or other equivalent products can be offered as a replacement, we will contact the customer on the phone/e-mail before the goods are shipped. Sold out products will not be sent at a later point in time if they are not in stock at the time of purchase.  

Customs and fees 

All prices in our online store include local VAT, customs, taxes, and fees. The total cost will be displayed before purchase and cover all expenses associated with the purchase of our goods, such as delivery to your home on purchase by invoice.

Delivery 

We offer free shipping if you shop for an amount that qualifies for free shipping to your country. See the table on part 9 for information about which amount qualifies for free shipping in each region. Shipping costs will be added to your total if you shop for an amount that is not eligible for free shipping.  

International:

Our international orders are shipped with DHL Express and have an estimated delivery time of 3-8 working days. (1-3 days for processing the order, 2-5 days for shipping) DHL will contact you on SMS with shipping information and the preferred delivery method when the parcel leaves our store.  

General:

It is the customer's responsibility to control that the information provided is correct and keep track on the provided phone number and e-mail for notice sent out with information regarding the collection of the shipped package, and to collect the parcel from the pick-up point within the limited time the package is available for collection. It may not be sent out a collection notice by mail.  

We are responsible for the goods until they have been delivered to you. If you do not collect the package on the pick-up point, the package will be returned to us, and you may be charged with the shipping cost for shipment both ways, and in addition, a 150 NOK handling fee. Packages returned by the postal service because the recipient does not have an official mail address on the address provided to us will be treated as an uncollected and returned shipment. Be aware that your official mail address usually is the address you are registered under in the National Registry. If you provide a temporary address, you could use mark it with C/O recipient registered on that address.  

Return 

If you wish to return a product you have ordered in our online store, you can do that within 30 days of purchase. This deadline also includes Saturdays, Sundays, and red days. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a red day, the deadline is moved until the next business day.  

Non-stop dogwear only accepts returns of goods purchased in our online store. If the goods have been purchased from a reseller, dealer, or distributor, the goods cannot be returned to us directly. All products that are returned must be unused, in original packaging and with the label on, including all parts and accessories. We reserve the right to partially or not at all refund the return if these requirements are not met.  

You initiate the return process on our website, here you register order number and mail address. Click on the link, and you will be guided through the process on the return page. 

If you have received a damaged product, please contact our customer service immediately, at the latest 48 hours within receiving the product if the product has been damaged under shipping. We will require an image of the damage and a description of what is damaged or destroyed. We are responsible for the product until it is delivered to you, and if you receive a damaged product and alert us within the deadline, we will replace the product.  

We offer free returns, but the initial shipping cost will not be refunded.  

Returns are free if the goods are shipped with the approved return label issued by us. Non-stop dogwear does not refund expenses you otherwise will have in return shipping.  

Uncollected packages that are sent back to us unannounced can be charged for return shipping.  

As soon as we receive the product you have sent in return to us, we will process the return and refund you through the same payment method you used to purchase the product.  

If you have purchased the product with an invoice payment method and already paid the invoice, including the product you regret and have returned, you will need to provide us the account number on which you will receive the refund. We reimburse you as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receiving the returned product.  

Tip! If you have chosen Klarna Invoice as the payment method, you can log into your Klarna account and postpone your due date on the return to not get a late fee.  

If you, as a customer, have chosen an additional service to the shipment, such as home delivery of the package in the evening, you will not be refunded for the extra service as the additional service has already been fulfilled before your cancellation rights are valid.  

Exchange 

If you wish to exchange a product, you can do the following: 

  • Order a new product in the online store.  
  • Return the old product with these steps. We will refund you as soon as we receive the returned product.  

If the product you wish to return costs less than the amount that qualifies for free shipping, you can contact us and let us know which products you want to exchange and your order number. We will then send you a discount code so that you do not need to pay for shipping on the new product you wish to exchange.  

Consumer complaint 

If you receive products with deficiencies or faults, you have the right to raise a warranty claim in accordance with the Norwegian Act relating to consumer purchases. You have to provide us with a claim no later than two months after you discover the deficiency or fault. The warranty is not valid if more than 2 years have passed since you purchased the product. We cover the shipping on products that are sent back as a warranty claim. On our return page you will find elaborate information about how to conduct a warranty claim.

Discount codes

Discount codes cannot be purchased but can, on occasion, be offered to individual customers. These can be tied to specific products, product categories, or campaigns. The terms and conditions will be distributed together with the discount code.

Gift cards

We offer the opportunity to purchase gift cards in our online store. The gift cards can only be used to buy Non-stop dogwear products, and it is not possible to buy a new gift card with a current gift card. If you wish to purchase for more than the gift card value covers, it is possible to combine it with our payment methods. The gift cards value can only be spent on products in our online store and cannot be exchanged for cash.
