This running belt is super-light and designed for optimal performance. The unique construction helps to take the strain off the lower back and promotes good running technique. We involved elite canicross athletes in developing the CaniX belt, and the result is a favorite for multiple World champion canicrosser Ben Robinson, and several other top athletes.

The belt weighs only 280 grams and is very durable. Technical and breathable materials ensure running comfort in any temperature. The CaniX belt comes with a locking carabiner as a standard attachment point for your dog's bungee leash. The carabiner moves on a loop in front. It follows your teammate's movements, providing equal pressure on your hips even if the dog is pulling off-center. With this setup, it is easier to maintain balance and contact with your dog, also in turns. CaniX Belt has loads of adjustment possibilities, to fit a wide variety of body shapes.

The running belt comes in three sizes, Small, Medium and Large. There is a pocket on the backside, large enough to hold most smartphones. Reflective details on the belt help you to stay visible in the dark.

What is the load rating on the CaniX belt carabiner?

The carabiner on the CaniX belt has a 3kn (300kg) rating.

What is the difference between CaniX belt and Løype belt?

We have developed the CaniX belt for running with your dog, while the Løype Belt is specialized for skiing with your dog.

How should the CaniX belt fit?

Loosen all straps and unbuckle the front piece. Pass your legs through the leg straps. Tighten the strap around your waist so that it sits comfortably above your hip bones. Also tighten the leg straps. Use the webbing to adjust the rear pocket so that it sits at the middle of your bum. Fasten the front piece. Make sure it does not go under the leg straps or waist strap. Adjust the front piece. Recommended distance between your body and the carabiner is 15 centimeters/6 inches. The carabiner should be placed with the screw-lock up.

Which size to pick?

This belt is available in three sizes, small, medium and large. Small is developed for juniors.

Will the pocket fit my phone?

The phone pocket has a spandex material, and It’s developed to accommodate the latest smartphone models.

I prefer a different carabiner. Can I change it?
