Hege Ingebrigtsen

Hege is called “Narvik ekspressen” and she is the musher who holds most of Nordic Championship gold medals regardless of class or a style. She is a Norwegian champion 40 times.

She got her first husky in 1980 when she was 12 years old. This dog led Hege into dogsports. She started her first race in 1989. Hege loves dogs and dogsports is now a lifestyle for her.

"All our friends are from the dog sport commnity".

Her best memory from the sport is the first time she was a Norwegian champion in 1996. Just a few weeks later she also became European champion in Lillehammer, Norway.
