Here’s everything you need to know about our return policy:

Timeframe: You can register a return within 60 days of purchase

Condition: The items must be unused and free of fur and wear, with original packaging, tags, and all accessories.

Courier: Returns are free with DHL Express internationally, with FedEx in the US, and with PostNord in Norway and Sweden, provided they are sent from the original delivery country.

Refunds: we will refund you within 30 days and credit you back to your original payment method.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges, rather we refund a return and you can place a new order on our website
