Robert started with dogsledding because he loved the outdoor life. In the beginning he borrowed dogs, and he was reading about Helge Ingstad and fur-trappers. Robert has won the Iditarod race twice, and the connection with the dogs means everything for him.
Mikkel is one of those dogs that is special for Robert. Mikkel has raced Iditarod, Femund and Finnmark together with Robert.
