Terms & Conditions

1. Organiser

The Unleash Your Adventure Challenge 2026 ("the Challenge") is organised by Non-stop dogwear AS.

2. Challenge Period

The Challenge runs from [Start Date] to [End Date] ("Challenge Period"). Entries submitted outside this period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

The Challenge is open worldwide where permitted by local law.

Participants must be at least 18 years of age, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate.

By entering, participants confirm they comply with any applicable laws and regulations in their country of residence.

4. How to Participate

To participate:

• Complete one outdoor adventure each week for three consecutive weeks with your dog during the Challenge Period.
• Share your adventure on Instagram, TikTok or Facebook.
• Tag @nonstopdogwear and include #UnleashYourAdventure in your post.

Participants are encouraged to wear the official Unleash Your Adventure Challenge 2026 T-shirt, available to purchase separately, but purchasing or wearing the T-shirt is not required to participate or to be considered for prizes.

Eligible adventures include, but are not limited to:

• Walks
• Hikes
• Trail runs
• Beach trips
• Forest adventures
• City explorations
• Any other outdoor activity enjoyed together with your dog

There is no minimum distance requirement.

5. Featured Participants & Prizes

Throughout the Challenge, Non-stop dogwear may feature participant content across its website and social media channels. Selected participants may also receive prizes.

Winning entries will be selected by a panel from Non-stop dogwear based on creativity, storytelling, community spirit and how well the entry reflects the values of the Challenge.

The judges' decision is final.

Prizes:

• are non-transferable;
• cannot be exchanged for cash; and
• may not be substituted unless deemed necessary by Non-stop dogwear.

Prizes can only be shipped to countries where Non-stop dogwear currently delivers products. If a prize cannot legally or practically be shipped to a winner's location, Non-stop dogwear reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal value or select an alternative winner.

6. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted via the social media account used to submit their entry.

If a winner does not respond within 7 days, Non-stop dogwear reserves the right to select another winner.

7. Content Licence

By submitting an entry, participants confirm that:

• they own the rights to the content or have permission to share it;
• any identifiable people appearing in the content have given permission where required; and
• the content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Participants retain ownership of their content.

By entering, participants grant Non-stop dogwear a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, edit and share submitted content across its website, social media channels, newsletters and other marketing materials for promotional purposes, with credit provided where reasonably practicable.

8. Responsible Participation

The safety and wellbeing of dogs always comes first.

Participants are responsible for ensuring all activities are appropriate for their dog's age, fitness, health and experience, as well as the environmental conditions.

Do not participate in unsafe weather or environmental conditions, including excessive heat, extreme cold or hazardous terrain.

Participants should always comply with local laws, regulations and access restrictions, and respect wildlife, livestock, other trail users and the natural environment.

No participant should place themselves or their dog at unnecessary risk in order to complete the Challenge or create content.

9. Disqualification

Non-stop dogwear reserves the right to remove entries or disqualify participants that:

• contain offensive, inappropriate or unlawful content;
• appear to endanger the welfare of a dog or any person;
• infringe the intellectual property rights of others;
• are fraudulent; or
• otherwise fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

10. Changes or Cancellation

Non-stop dogwear reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Challenge or these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Non-stop dogwear shall not be liable for:

• lost, delayed or incomplete entries;
• technical failures affecting participation; or
• any injury, loss or damage arising from participation in the Challenge or acceptance of a prize.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

12. Privacy

Any personal information collected in connection with the Challenge will only be used for administering the Challenge, contacting winners and delivering prizes, and will be processed in accordance with the Non-stop dogwear Privacy Policy.

13. Social Media Disclaimer

This Challenge is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or Meta.

FAQ

Do I need a Challenge T-shirt to take part?

No. Everyone is welcome to participate in the Challenge. The limited edition Unleash Your Adventure Challenge 2026 T-shirt is available to purchase separately for those who would like to wear it during their adventures and show their support for the Challenge.

Will wearing the Challenge T-shirt increase my chances of winning?

No. Winners are selected solely based on the judging criteria outlined in these Terms & Conditions.

What counts as an adventure?

Any outdoor activity with your dog! Walks, hikes, trail runs, beaches, city explorations, forest trails and more all count.

Is there a minimum distance?

No. This Challenge is about spending time outdoors together—not how far you go.

Can I complete all three adventures in one week?

No. The Challenge is designed as one outdoor adventure per week over three consecutive weeks.

Do I have to post on social media?

No. You're welcome to take part in the Challenge without posting. However, if you'd like the opportunity to be featured on our channels or be considered for prizes, you'll need to share your adventure on Instagram, TikTok or Facebook, tag @nonstopdogwear and include #UnleashYourAdventure.
