This all-in-one harness is highly adjustable and versatile, equipped with functional features such as a handle.

With the goal of developing the most versatile multi-use dog harness on the market, we used our experience from dog powered sports to make a harness that also aids with pulling. The support strap at the base of the harness distributes the pressure evenly at top and bottom for optimized power transfer when pulling. This makes the Rock harness long suitable for activities like canicross, bikejoring and skijoring for dogs that are pulling moderately.

The Rock harness long is also a great choice for obstacle races and trekking, as it is equipped with a solid handle. When assisting your dog, their weight is distributed evenly over the entire belly panel.

If you don’t want your dog to pull at all, there is a no-pull attachment point in front in addition to the standard leash connection point at your dog’s back. A leash can also be attached  to the loop at your dog's neck to, for example, provide control when being at a race or in busy environments.

The harness is highly adjustable around the neck and chest. Four side release buckles make it easy to take the harness on or off.

Like the other products in our Rock series, the Rock harness long is made with our unique three-layer material combination, HexiVent, offering excellent breathability and comfort.

The Rock harness long comes in black and is available in sizes XS-XL.

FAQ

How do I measure my dog for this multi-use dog harness?

Measure your dog’s neck and chest and use the size guide to find the right size. Watchthis video to see how to measure your dog correctly.

How to adjust the Rock harness long?

You should be able to fit at least two fingers vertically between the top of your dog’s neck and the harness for a medium sized dog (size M). A bit less for smaller dogs, more for bigger dogs. If using the harness for pulling, the neck opening should be quite snug to allow your dog’s shoulders to move freely.

For medium sized dogs, you should be able to fit at least two fingers vertically between your dog’s chest and the harness. Adjust as even as possible on both sides.

How do I use the attachment point in front for mild anti-pull control?

If you want your dog to pull less, you can attach the leash to the front attachment point. When your dog pulls, the tension on the leash will naturally guide them to turn back towards you, helping to manage their pulling behavior. Please note that this is a helping tool. The attachment point is not designed to completely eliminate pulling or directly teach the dog not to pull.

How do I lock the adjustable chest straps?

After initial adjustment for your dog, lock the chest straps by simply threading the end of the strap back through the slip-lock.

Can I attach hiking bags on the harness?

The Rock harness long comes with attachment rails where additional items, such as hiking bags, can be attached. When attaching items to the harness, ensure that the weight is distributed evenly on each side.

What is the difference between the Ramble harness long and the Rock harness long?

The Ramble harness long  features minimalistic lightweight design, making it ideal for everyday activities and hiking. The Rock harness long provides added support and strength for both daily use and more intensive activities from hiking to obstacle races and pulling sports.

  • Attachment points: Both have a back leash attachment and a front anti-pull loop. The Rock harness long adds an extra loop at the neck for closer control.
  • Materials: The Ramble harness long is ultra-light and flexible for maximum comfort. The Rock harness long uses HexiVent, a breathable, quick-drying material that prevents overheating during intense activities.
  • Pulling: The Rock harness long features a transversal strap for dogs that pull. The Ramble harness long is better for dogs that don’t pull or only pull slightly.
  • Ajustement : le Ramble harness long offre une possibilité de réglage étendue, ce qui le rend idéal pour les chiens en pleine croissance et ceux qui ont une forte carrure.
