We are aware that deficiencies or faults can occur on a product from time to time. If a product fails due to deficiencies or faults in production or materials, we will repair or replace the product up until two years after date of purchase. You have to provide us with a claim no later than two months after you discover the deficiency or fault. Remember that a limited warranty is restricted to the original buyer of the product. We cover the return shipping if the warranty claim is approved.
You have bought the product in a retail store: Return the product where you bought it. We can only accept warranty claims if the product is bought directly from us in the online store or on a trade fair.

You are a retailer or store who has received a warranty claim:
- For stores in Norway or Sweden: Register the warranty claim here.
- For stores in the rest of the world: Contact your importer, distributor or agent.
This is not covered by the limited warranty:
Products damaged due to an accident, wear, wrong use or a natural degradation of materials over time. The warranty is not valid if the product has been used wrong or proves to be the wrong fit or size which causes the issue.
Accidents can happen, luckily, we do have spare parts available. If you have bought the product in our online store and are in need of some, please fill out this warranty form. We can also help you if you have purchased the product elsewhere, fill out our contact form. If the damage is your own fault, we can send you the spare part for a cost. The cost is communicated when we reply to your inqury.
